Return Policy

Texan Supply Company accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

Restocking fee

Customer-initiated returns — including change of mind, ordered the wrong part, or no longer needed — are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-initiated returns. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or incorrect items

If we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.

Items not eligible for return

• Installed, used, modified, or damaged parts
• Items missing original packaging
• Opened fluids, chemicals, or other liquids

How to start a return

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. After we approve the return, ship the item back at your expense with tracking. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, minus the 20% restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping.
