The ACDelco PF26 is a premium aftermarket engine oil filter that helps keep abrasive particles away from bearings and other engine hydraulic components. It is made of nylon and has a 17mm thread size. The filter features 330 square inches of 5-micron media, a thicker threaded plate with 49% larger oil passages, and a silicone anti-drain-back valve. It also has a perforated metal center tube for core strength, a bypass valve with a stiffer spring and rubber seal, and a coil spring to eliminate oil blow-by.
